How do TeachKloud Subscriptions work?

We’re glad to have you here! TeachKloud provides TWO flexible subscription options to cater to your specific needs. We recommend learning about the two options below, so you can get the most out of TeachKloud!

Option 1: Parent Pays

Get TeachKloud completely FREE!

All payments are collected by TeachKloud, via the parent app. Quick and hassle-free, using the TeachKloud subscription > parents pay tab!

Parent Subscription: When a parent subscribes, their child’s profile becomes fully active, allowing new records and updates to be added.

Non-Payment: If a parent chooses not to subscribe, you can take over payment. Payment’s can be transferred to parents or taken over by the childcare service, at any time.

Pricing: Our introductory price for the first group of parents is €4, per child, per month. 

Option 2: Childcare Pays

Your childcare or after-school service is responsible for the payment of child profiles on TeachKloud. You will need to purchase a space for each child profile within your service. 

Can I add more children as I go?

Yes! You can easily add more child profiles at any time by clicking the green “Add Child” button. 

How do I reduce my child numbers?

To reduce the number of child profiles on your TeachKloud Subscription or create space to add new children, first archive the relevant children. If you want to reduce your subscription, you will also need to email us, at least 2 working days before your next renewal, so that we can adjust your subscription.

General Questions

What happens when a child leaves or graduates my service?

Child profiles are usually archived by the childcare service, when a child has left or graduated. You do not need to archive profiles, if you are closed for the summer, unless you wish to have your subscription reduced. To reduce your subscription, first archive the relevant children, then contact us at least 2 working days before your next renewal, to adjust your subscription. When a profile is archived, the payment responsibility for TeachKloud, automatically shifts to the parents. If parent’s wish to access their child’s profile, they will need to take out a subscription.

Yes, there is a minimum number of 5 active child profiles.

We recommend cancelling before any unwanted renewals, as refunds are not available, for any subscription option. Subscription’s may be cancelled at any time. There are no contract’s.
