Getting Started
Step 1
Once your child’s profile is set up by us, you will receive an email invitation with a link to download the TeachKloud Parent App, a tutorial video and step-by-step instructions.
Step 2
Simply create your account using the email address that we invited you with and you’ll be ready to join our digital community! We recommend carefully reading the invite email and following the instructions therein.
If you ever need help
If you ever need help using the app, you can contact TeachKloud: hello@teachkloud.com. But if you want to change specific information on your account, such as your email, child’s name or registration information, please contact us, your child’s early childhood service, directly.

Can i cancel?
Yes but parent’s of children attending childcare services, rarely do.
You can cancel at any time using the TeachKloud for Parents App. Please ensure you do so, before any unwanted renewals, as TeachKloud does not provide refunds. Please also inform us, your early childhood service, of any cancellations.
